Today I decided to go light 16KG Bell. My goal was simple 4 exercises 4 minutes with one minute rest.
Swings 4 Minutes 24 RPM
Cleans 4 Minutes 10 RPM
Snatches 4 Minutes 10 RPM
Presses 4 Minutes 10 RPM
296 Reps
4096 KGS or 1880 Lbs moved in 19 Minutes
Heart Rate at 160+
Im Wrecked once again
